How to book: To make a reservation, please telephone us with your accommodation requirements. A non-refundable deposit per room is required at the time of confirmation. Children over 10 years old are welcome. We do not allow pets in any of our indoor accommodation.
Payment: All major credit cards are accepted, together with payment by cash or cheque supported by a banker’s card. Full Payment is due on departure.
Cancellations: We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between the guest and Cyfie Farm. Telephone us immediately if you have to cancel your holiday. Your cancellation is effective from the date we receive your written notification. Your cancellation will be acknowledged by us in writing.
As with all holiday and travel arrangements, we strongly advise that suitable insurance is obtained. The following applies :
Bed and Breakfast A non-refundable deposit per room is required at the time of confirmation. For any reservation cancelled within 2 full weeks of arrival, we shall endeavour to re-let the accommodation. However, should we be unable to do so, the bed and breakfast rate for that room will be charged.
Self Catering If you cancel, you are still liable for the payment of your balance-of-hire money. We will endeavour to relet your holiday. If we are able to do so before you pay your balance-of-hire money, you will only lose your booking deposit. If we are able to relet after you have paid your balance-of-hire money, we will refund the whole or part of that money (so that you only lose your booking deposit) up to a maximum of the hire charges we receive on reletting. All or part of your liabilities as stated above may be covered by your Cancellation Insurance if your reason for cancellation is one of those covered. We strongly advise that you seek suitable cancellation insurance.
Check in and out times
Check in time is normally between 4.00-6.00pm and departure time is 10.30, unless an alternative arrangement has been made.
